| At Family Kicks we believe that developing and maintaining a sound body and mind
are critical to To strengthen your body, you will begin each class with isometric and dynamic tension exercises. Flexibility will be enhanced through a gradual building process of safe and easy stretching techniques.
Our integrated self defense system will teach you the techniques you need to defend yourself in threatening situations. Including attacks by more than one opponent, and attacks by assailants with a weapon, and how to disarm them.
